Why do some ice cream parlors serve ice cream?

It’s been a long, sad year for the ice cream business.

And, yes, there are plenty of other businesses doing ice cream and ice cream cakes, but none of them are doing it at the same scale.

Ice cream parlor owners and employees in California have been waiting for a change in the law for more than two decades, and now the California legislature is ready to take their business seriously.

The state senate passed a bill this week that will make it legal for businesses to serve ice creams and other desserts, as long as they are in the same location as a retail store.

But, to be clear, the bill won’t go into effect until January, when the legislature returns from a recess.

There is no deadline for restaurants and bars to get licensed.

There are also no regulations for ice cream vendors.

That’s because the California Liquor Control Board, which is in charge of regulating the industry, does not consider ice cream to be a beverage, as opposed to food.

It would be an interesting study for any ice cream purveyor who wants to get a license.

It will also likely be difficult to get an ice cream license, though the California Department of Food and Agriculture has said that it’s working on a process.

There’s no official deadline yet for restaurants to get licenses, and there’s no clear timeline for ice-cream vendors to get them.

So, in short, this will be a challenge, and it won’t be easy.

But ice cream sellers are eager to move forward.

They’re confident that the bill will pass, and that they’ll be able to compete in the state with the likes of McDonalds and Domino’s, which have already licensed ice cream restaurants.

If the bill passes, the next step will be to get the licensing authority to make sure the parlor owners get their licenses, so that they can start serving the desserts.

And that process could take some time.

Some businesses will probably be ready to open sooner than others.

McDonald’s is opening its first California location this month, in Cupertino.

It is only a few blocks away from the original one that McDonalds first opened in 1976.

Domino is opening a California location in Anaheim.

It opened its first store in Santa Ana last month, a couple of years before it opened in San Francisco.

Some other ice cream shops may not be ready yet, but they’re all open.

Some will be open in the summer, and some will be opening in the winter.

And some are likely to open in 2019, but the timing of that isn’t clear yet.

And a few more businesses will likely open in 2020.

There will be many, many more restaurants in California.

And those will all be serving desserts.

That means more than a million people will be in line for a piece of the pie.

It’s going to be hard for the parlor-owners and the vendors to keep up with the demand.

That said, some businesses have already made plans to open their doors in the future.

A new ice cream shop in Huntington Beach, Calif., is opening this month.

It looks like a simple cookie shop, but there’s a full-fledged kitchen and a full bar.

Owner Brian Wyser said it was important for the restaurant to be “open in the sun,” and to have a location that is a “cool, upscale place.”

It also helps that it also offers a full range of ice cream flavors.

The company is hiring a full kitchen staff.

The Huntington Beach store is a small place with only about 10 employees, and most of them will be on the lookout for openings.

The idea is to serve customers who want to try new ice creamas, not those who want ice cream but don’t want to wait in line.

Wysed said he’s expecting to open his first California restaurant in 2019.

If that happens, he hopes that he can serve more than 200 people in total.

In fact, the Huntington Beach location has already been booked.

He expects to open three or four other locations, too.

Wyse said he is confident that his ice cream will appeal to people who like to try out new flavors.

But he also knows that it may not always be popular.

He has heard from customers who say they don’t like it, but don�t mind waiting in line to try it.

That is a big problem for some of the businesses that already have the licenses.

And it also poses a threat to some of those who do have licenses.

It might take some longer for the business owners to find space in the area and for the vendors and restaurants to find a way to accommodate the demand for ice creamed goods.

But in the meantime, it’s not hard to see why some of these businesses are waiting to open.
