How to make a chocolate ice cream with ice cream salt

Ingredients 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or 1 1 /2 cups granulated sugar) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 1.5 cups (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature 1/3 cup granulated sweetener of choice 1 cup dark chocolate chips 1 cup unsalted, at room temperature (about 3/4 cup) Directions In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the sweetener and chocolate chips.

Whisk the ingredients together and add to the dry ingredients.

Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix well.

You want a thick dough.

Divide the dough into four equal pieces.

Cut each piece into 1/16-inch-thick rounds and roll each piece of dough into an 8-inch circle.

Place each round on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Cool on a wire rack before serving.
